Finish Categories
Three broad categories cover most of what people are choosing between. Available colours and systems will depend on the coating system selected and current product availability.
Flake Flooring
Flake systems combine several flake colours in one blend, broadcast into the coating and sealed over the top. The result is a textured, decorative surface rather than a flat colour.
Solid Colour Coatings
A single-colour system gives a more uniform finish across the floor. The look is plainer and reads as one continuous surface.
Decorative Flake & Coating Finishes
Different blends, flake sizes and coating combinations produce different visual results, from subtle texture through to a heavier decorative appearance.
Digital Colour Is A Guide Only
Digital visualisations are a guide only. Screen settings, lighting, substrate condition, texture and the selected coating system can all affect how the finished floor appears. Final colour and finish should be confirmed before installation.

Can I upload a photo of my garage?
Photo upload functionality will depend on the final visualiser platform used. Where upload is supported you will be able to view finishes against your own space; otherwise the available sample room options serve the same purpose. You are welcome to send photos of the floor with your enquiry either way.
Are the colours on screen exact?
No. Digital visualisations are indicative only. Screen settings, ambient lighting, surface texture and the coating system all affect how a floor appears once installed, so the final colour and finish should be confirmed before installation.
Can I use the visualiser before requesting a quote?
Yes. It is intended as a starting point, not a commitment. Explore the finish categories first, then include the direction you prefer when you enquire.
Will every colour shown be available?
Not necessarily. Available colours and systems will depend on the coating system selected and current product availability, so the shortlist is confirmed as part of the quote rather than at the visualiser stage.
Can EPOFC help me choose a finish?
Yes. Once the floor, its condition and its intended use are known, suitable systems and the finishes available within them can be discussed with you before anything is selected.
Does the visualiser determine which coating system I need?
No. The visualiser supports the appearance side of the decision. The system itself follows the condition of the slab, the preparation required and how the floor will be used.
What should I do after choosing a colour or finish?
Note the finish, or save your selection where the visualiser supports it, then send it through with your suburb, approximate floor area, intended use and photos of the existing floor where possible.
