Frequently Asked Questions

What information should I include with my quote request?

Your suburb or postcode, what the space is and how it will be used, the approximate floor area, the current condition of the concrete, and the finish you are considering if you have one in mind. Photos of the floor help considerably.

Rough dimensions are useful at the enquiry stage. More accurate measurements may be required before final scope or pricing.

Yes. Overall floor photos and close-ups of existing coatings, cracks or damaged areas can help provide context.

Photos can help with initial assessment, but whether they are sufficient for pricing depends on the project and condition of the floor.

Not always. Some projects can be scoped from clear photos, measurements and a description of how the space is used. Others need to be seen before anything is confirmed, particularly where the slab condition or an existing coating is unclear.

You do not need to know the technical coating system. Describe how the floor will be used and the finish you are considering, and select Not sure / need advice on the form.

That is fine. The finish can be decided later in the process, and the Floor Visualiser page covers the finish categories in the meantime.

The current service area covers Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan and Ipswich. Send through your suburb or postcode and EPOFC can confirm whether the project falls within the current service area.
