Do I need exact measurements?
Rough dimensions are useful at the enquiry stage. More accurate measurements may be required before final scope or pricing.
Can I send photos of the floor?
Yes. Overall floor photos and close-ups of existing coatings, cracks or damaged areas can help provide context.
Can you provide a quote from photos?
Photos can help with initial assessment, but whether they are sufficient for pricing depends on the project and condition of the floor.
Do you need to inspect the floor first?
Not always. Some projects can be scoped from clear photos, measurements and a description of how the space is used. Others need to be seen before anything is confirmed, particularly where the slab condition or an existing coating is unclear.
What if I do not know which coating system I need?
You do not need to know the technical coating system. Describe how the floor will be used and the finish you are considering, and select Not sure / need advice on the form.
What if I have not chosen a colour or finish yet?
